The Billing Engine

 

The Billing Engine is a part of the software system that runs our client's billS on a monthly basis. This allows us to verify billing information, fix billing errors and run reports. When a billing run is initiated, the system does a number of data verification checks:

 

Checks to see that all meters have been called in and automatically calls in those that are missing. Checks for overlapping Bills, Corrupt Readings and Spikes, Gaps in Meter Data, Zero Readings and “bad” calculated status'

AND Checks THE TOTAL Meter Audit.

Create a unique branded web login for each of your customers to view their own load profile and online bills. You can offer the online service to your customers at a fee, thus creating an additional revenue stream.
